VsisScan Privacy Policy
Summary
VsisScan works entirely on your device. We do not collect, store or sell your documents or personal data. There are no accounts, no ads and no analytics or tracking of your own.
Your documents
- Scans, imported files, recognized text (OCR) and signatures are stored only on your device, encrypted with AES-256. The key is kept in the iOS Keychain / Android Keystore.
- Text recognition, PDF and Word conversion run on the device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers.
- Files leave the device only when you choose to share or export them, or create a backup file. Encrypted backups are protected by a password you choose; we cannot read or recover them.
Google ML Kit (Android)
On Android, document edge detection and some text recognition use Google ML Kit, which runs on your device. Google may collect limited diagnostic information (such as device model, app version and performance or crash data) to keep these components working, under the Google Privacy Policy. Your images and recognized text are not sent.
Purchases
Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is handled by Apple or Google; we never receive your card details. The app only checks with the store whether Premium is active on your account.
Permissions
Camera — to scan documents. Photos / files — only the items you pick to import. Face ID / fingerprint — optional app lock; biometric data never leaves the system.
Children
VsisScan does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date.

Tài liệu của bạn

- Tệp chỉ rời khỏi máy khi bạn chủ động chia sẻ, xuất, hoặc tạo bản sao lưu. Bản sao lưu được mã hoá bằng mật khẩu do bạn đặt; chúng tôi không đọc được và không khôi phục được.
Google ML Kit (Android)
Trên Android, việc nhận mép giấy và một phần nhận dạng chữ dùng Google ML Kit, chạy ngay trên máy. Google có thể thu một số thông tin chẩn đoán giới hạn (như dòng máy, phiên bản app, số liệu hiệu năng hoặc lỗi) để duy trì hoạt động của các thành phần này, theo Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google. Ảnh và chữ nhận dạng của bạn không được gửi đi.
Mua hàng
Premium được bán qua App Store hoặc Google Play. Việc thanh toán do Apple hoặc Google xử lý; chúng tôi không nhận thông tin thẻ của bạn. Ứng dụng chỉ hỏi cửa hàng xem tài khoản của bạn có đang dùng Premium hay không.
Quyền truy cập
Camera — để quét tài liệu. Ảnh / tệp — chỉ những mục bạn chọn để nhập. Face ID / vân tay — khoá ứng dụng (tuỳ chọn); dữ liệu sinh trắc học không rời khỏi hệ thống.
Trẻ em
VsisScan không cố ý thu thập thông tin của bất kỳ ai, kể cả trẻ em.
Thay đổi
Khi chính sách thay đổi, chúng tôi sẽ cập nhật trang này và ngày hiệu lực.
